A. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final Sale orders cannot be returned, store credited or exchanged.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@rawyalty.net or call us at +1 305-999-3443. If your return is accepted, you may use a pre-paid label that will be deducted from your total return provided through our Returns Portal ($12.00 fee) or you may use a return label from your preferred carrier, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for full amount purchases. If you purchase with a discount, you may receive store credit. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

E. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at customerservice@rawyalty.net or call us at +1-305-999-3443.

F. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
To return your product, you should contact us at customerservice@rawyalty.net.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

G. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

H. FINAL SALE

Final Sale orders are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.
